In The Coaching Experience, we primarily explore (1) above.

Whenever a new client joins my Full SMART™ Coaching Programme, the very first thing I get them to do is an exercise. This exercise is designed to get clients to do something brand new immediately. The exercise is at the CORE of what we explore on Foundations.
Your Coaching Experience with us involves this exact same exercise (plus a bonus exercise!!) followed by a coaching call with me to explore and analyse your findings and introduce the next step.
We ask you to spend 2 weeks experimenting with a new hands-on technique, noting your experiences and finding, asking LOTS of questions as you progress. I guide you along the way and then we book a follow-up Zoom call.
The exercises involve using your hands, so you need to be proficient and insured to do this.
As questions arise during this time, video, voice or text message me on WhatsApp and I will guide you, providing help and advice.

Task 1: Please Download and Read My 2 Latest eBooks (these can be downloaded from the following link https://learning.theintegratedfitpro.com/resources at the very top of the page).
Task 2: Have a play with the exercises for 2 weeks (prioritising exercise 1). Make lots of notes around what you discover. Ask LOTS of questions on WhatsApp as you practice the exercises with real clients, and through this process, I will guide your practice and understanding.
